1. Purpose

• Operation of the foundation and its mission-related programs

2. Participating Artists

• SHINee members: ONEW, JONGHYUN, MINHO

3. Operation Method

1) Online Auction of Cherished Items

▶ Schedule

• December 12, 10:00 AM: Public release of all cherished items

• December 12, 10:00 AM – December 18, 11:59 PM: Bidding period

• December 15 – 19: Notification to final successful bidders
  If we are unable to reach the highest bidder and the second-highest bidder, the bid will be canceled.

• All items will be shipped by December 26:

  • Overseas: Paid EMS shipping

  • Domestic (Korea): Free Post Office shipping
    Please contact us upon receiving your item to confirm delivery.
    For international shipping, some regions may be unavailable. Please make sure your region allows EMS delivery.

▶ How to Participate

1. Visit www.shiny.or.kr (Bidding is available without membership).

2. On December 12, click the auction pop-up window that will be uploaded,
   or go to the top-right menu on the homepage:
   Shiny Bazaar > Online Bazaar > A Cherished Items > 2025 Tab

3. Bidding for cherished items will open from 10:00 AM on December 12.

4. The bidding period for each item lasts through the event date range.
   If the highest bid is reached early, bidding for that item may close ahead of time.

5. Click [Participate in Cherished Items Auction] at the top or bottom of the page,
   then click “Bid” and submit the form with the required information.

★ Required information:

• Item name

• Bid amount

• Your name (for certificate)

• Phone number

• E-mail

• Shipping address (including postal code)

• Shipping method

★ Highest bid updates:

• Announced 3 times a day at 10:00, 15:00, 18:00 (except at 10:00 on Dec 12, Weekdays only)

★ Final bidder notification:

• Final successful bidders will be contacted individually (e-mail or phone).

★ Important:

• After being contacted by SHINY FOUNDATION, the successful bidder must confirm their intention and complete the payment within 3 hours.
  (Advance payment prior to bidding confirmation is not allowed.)

• If the final bidder gives up the bid, the bidding will resume.

4. Important Notices

1) Online Auction

• Both domestic and overseas participants are welcome.

• Domestic shipping is free; international shipping is available with additional fees.

• Payment methods: Bank transfer (for domestic participants) and PayPal (for overseas participants).

• Cash receipt issuance is available upon request (please apply on the same day or within the same month of payment).

• Starting bid amounts vary depending on the item.

• Bidding may close early if the highest bid is reached.

• The December Auction of Cherished Items by SHINY FOUNDATION allows only one successful bid per person.

• If the contact information is unclear or we are unable to reach the bidder, the bid may be canceled.

• Items won through the auction must not be resold.

• As this is a charity auction, returns and refunds are not available. Please bid carefully.
